Colliers Facilitates Automotive Elegance’s Expansion into New Hampshire

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that Automotive Elegance has signed a long-term lease at 49 Wentworth Ave in Londonderry, NH. The 7,500 SF end unit, part of a fully occupied 20,000 SF building, will serve as the company’s first New Hampshire location.

Andrew Robbins of Colliers represented Automotive Elegance in the transaction, while Aron Brown of NAI Norwood Group represented the landlord, BDRC Properties II, LLC.

Automotive Elegance, the nation’s top XPEL paint protection dealer since 2017, specializes in high-end vehicle protection services, including paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and window tinting.
