About Us

Heather Peloquin, RN, DNM, PhD, is the founder of Back in Thyme Wellness and Herbs, a Lifestyle Medicine / Functional Nutrition wellness practice located in Londonderry, NH. With 39 years of experience in healthcare, Heather combines her background as a Registered Nurse with her role as a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM) to support, educate, and empower individuals on their wellness journey through functional nutrition, herbal medicine, and whole-person care. By blending clinical insight with natural approaches, Heather helps clients uncover root causes, restore balance, and promote lasting wellness - ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their health.

Heather is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association and the American Herbalists Guild. She also serves as Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors for the Promised Land Foundation, a nonprofit organization she and her husband established.
