About Us

With 36 years in the industry, it’s safe to say that Alan Larrabee is truly a seasoned expert! Along with his days as a Real Estate agent, he also is President and CEO of ALC Real Estate Development & Consulting. This company specializes in home remodeling, buying and selling property. He is a past graduate of Boston University and Harvard University School of Business with an Executive Business Certificate. Alan was first licensed to sell in Massachusetts in 1981 and Florida while managing AJ Construction, a company that also specialized in home remodeling and house flipping. In addition to his time in real estate, Alan also held several senior level positions with high technology and networking companies most recently with TruePosition as Sr VP of Product Development & Technical Sales.

Alan wants his clients to be comfortable and confident in him. He understands both buyers and sellers, knows the real estate market as well as home construction. With vast training & experience in negotiating the best deal possible, he feels he is ready to take on any challenge his clients may face. His objective is to exceed his client’s expectations on a daily basis.

At the end of the day, when he can finally shut down a bit, he likely can be found playing a round of golf or relaxing at his lake house.
