This luncheon roundtable will bring together businesswomen in a welcoming forum to network, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue about the issues affecting them every day. Each month will feature a speaker to share about her life and business, as well as a topic for open discussion amongst the group. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, discuss, network, and share ideas in an inclusive and collaborative space.
Your moderator, Rebecca Sanborn, is a training facilitator, and the founder and president of Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, LLC. In that role, she provides LGBTQ+ cultural competency training to businesses and nonprofits. Prior to launching Sanborn Solutions, Rebecca practiced law for 17 years and welcomes your best lawyer jokes! Rebecca is proud to have been born and raised in Derry, New Hampshire and has deep roots in the Greater Derry community, including service on the boards of several local nonprofits.
Both members and not-yet-members of the Chamber are welcome at the Roundtable.

As the Founder and Chief Data and Innovation Strategist at Get Tech Smart, she specializes in aiding organizations with data analytics for project assessment, ensuring successful outcomes.
Some of her impactful work includes advocating for access to STEAM education, women in tech, and diversity in tech, earning her prestigious awards, including the NH Business Review Outstanding Women in Business 2023 and the NH Tech Alliance Tech Professional of the Year 2023. Flo is an Honoree of the American Bar Association Women of Legal Tech 2023 and a TEDx Speaker.
Kelley Kage, SVP, Chief Information Officer at EMPLOYERS Insurance
Kelley is constantly challenging herself and pushing herself to learn, expand, and have a growth mindset in all she does. She does the same for her employees, focusing on personal and professional development and empowerment to build strong, resilient teams, with a focus on being trustworthy, authentic, bold, and visionary for her teams, while giving them the autonomy they need to innovate and determine how to build the right solutions.
She has also begun to focus on raising those around her through mentoring and volunteer opportunities with Women in Technology. Kelley has spoken both internally and externally about Imposter Syndrome, Leadership Styles, and continues to empower, champion, and mentor up-and-coming leaders.
