Member Event: Full Snow Moon Intention Setting & Sound Bath Circle

Come join us to celebrate the February full moon.  

 

The Snow Moon will rise into the sky at 6:00PM and be visible for all to see.  

 

The Snow Moon gives you a chance to reset and reevaluate.  It's about new dreams and overcoming past hurts, moving forward with a greater sense of purpose. 

 

We will begin by setting our intentions on a piece of whimsy paper and igniting them in flame to release our desires to the universe.  

 

Next is a reading about setting intentions and releasing the past forever.  Never to bother us again.

 

Up next is a Sound Bath led by Cat's Shamanic Wolf Drum, Wolfy, and with Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls.  Followed by a Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation into a state of semi-awareness.  Your journey will take you away from Londonderry NH and wherever it is that you dream to go.

 

Wear comfy clothing as you will be lying on your yoga mat for most of the workshop.  Also, dress in layers as you could become cool or warm during the Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra.
