Since 2016, Brenda Guggisberg has served as Director of The Upper Room, where she has been dedicated to supporting families and the community for more than 24 years. Her career began in Residential Services and expanded into both public and private school settings before leading her to her longtime role at TUR.
A graduate of Elmira College with an undergraduate degree and Russell Sage College with a graduate degree, Brenda has lived in multiple parts of New York, Burlington, Vermont, and Chester, New Hampshire, where she and her husband have chosen to raise their children and call home.
Deeply committed to community service, Brenda is a proud member of the Chamber, serves on the board of Family Support New Hampshire and sits on its advisory committee, and is an active member of the Derry Village Rotary.
She loves the outdoors, has 2 golden retrievers, loves to cook, travel, read, be with family and friends. Brenda stated with heartfelt sincerity that she is "humbled by the good in this community."

Description
This luncheon roundtable will bring together businesswomen in a welcoming forum to network, learn, and engage in meaningful dialogue about the issues affecting them every day. Each month will feature both several panelists to share about their life and business, as well as a topic for open discussion amongst the group. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, discuss, network, and share ideas in an inclusive and collaborative space. OUR FACILITATOR:
Rebecca is the founder and president of Sanborn Diversity Solutions, based in Derry, New Hampshire. Rebecca helps businesses, nonprofits, and colleges/universities make their organizations more welcoming, equitable, and inclusive for the LGBTQ+ folks that they employ and serve. Prior to launching Sanborn Diversity Solutions, she practiced law for 17 years and welcomes your best lawyer jokes! Rebecca is proud to have been born and raised in Derry and has deep roots in the Greater Derry community, including service on the boards of several local nonprofits.
